Please remember that exterior improvements to your home must be approved by the

Board of Directors; including storage sheds, fencing, siding, windows, roofs, additions, etc.  If you are uncertain, email or call the management company for clarification, or check the Summary of Covenants and Rules and Regulations.

 

The Improvement Request Form with plans and specifications as required must be submitted to the management company and approved prior to starting any work.
