HOA Dues - Address and Due Dates

Due Dates for HOA dues are:
Jan 20

Oct 5
The address applies to homeowners that mail in their HOA Dues to CCM, and those homeowners that have set up bill pay through your bank, you must contact them to provide the mailing address.
If you are currently set up for automatic withdrawals through the management company, no action is required.
Revised Rules and Regulations

The revised Rules and Regulations have been approved by the HOA Board of Directors and are effective as of June 24, 2025. The approved version is the same as previously sent to all homeowners. They may be accessed by clicking on the Governing Documents link

Pet Reminder

A reminder for pet owners:
Please pick up any waste from your pets while walking them in Hampshire Woods. Leaving your pets' waste in someone else's yard (or your own) is a violation of the Rules and Regulations. It is also neglectful of your responsibilities as a pet owner and creates a health hazard.
IN HAMPSHIRE WOODS, NO PET MAY BE ALLOWED TO DO ITS BUSINESS IN THE YARD OTHER THAN THAT OF THE PET OWNER. THIS APPLIES TO LIQUID AND SOLID WASTE. WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FROM HOMEOWNERS WHERE REPEATED URINATION BY THE PETS OF OTHERS IS DAMAGING PLANTINGS AND LAWNS. PETS MAY BE ALLOWED TO DO THEIR BUSINESS IN THE COMMON AREAS SO LONG AS THE WASTE IS PICKED UP IMMEDIATELY.
